How do I get $150 mentioned in the advertisement? We would love to have you as a customer and the $150 is one of the ways I would like to show you that appreciation. Thompson Gas provides you a three-year propane agreement and the $150 is credited directly to your account on your first year anniversary. All you have to do is sign up and use the propane for your primary heat and/or your primary hot water.  It’s that simple.  We call this the “THOMPSON PLAN” Why a three-year agreement/or what’s the details of the three-year agreement? We are going to place a significant investment at your property with a propane tank, appropriate levels of insurance coverage, and trained personnel to provide 24-hour service.  We are also going to secure and purchase your propane gallons out in the market place.  All these things are provided for the high quality care you deserve, and also your peace of mind.  We realize you are going to be our customer for a lot longer than three years, but have that time frame as a minimum so that we can at least recover our initial investment.

I really only want a one year agreement, can I still get the $150 dollars? The $150 dollar credit is reserved for those clients that elect the preferred level of three year service, but we do have a $50 reward for customers that prefer the shorter term commitment.  The $50 will be credited to your account at your one year anniversary date.  Again, all you have to do is sign up and use propane for your primary heat and/or primary hot water.  It’s that simple.

What is your Never Run Out guarantee? We are so certain of your satisfaction that we back up our service by our Never Run Out guarantee.  We would enroll you in one of our monthly payment plans.  The monthly payment plan is for customers that use their propane for primary heat and/or primary hot water.  Obviously you must keep your payments current, but that’s the only catch.  It’s that simple.   For customers that don’t use propane for primary heat or primary hot water, we would install a tank monitor and provide the monitoring and no run out guarantee for and additional $5.99 on the monthly rate plan.
